News � Hang in there, baby!

With my smaller but copious assignments keeping me busy and my sister's humungous assignment snagging everyone in the family and leaving us all with no free time and my mum's giant assignment that she has to work on at 2:30 in the morning, I've had no time to work on the comic, but it's okay. I only have a week and a half left of grade 11, my sister's assignment comes to fruition next Thursday, and my mum has finished her year of Uni already, so all I ask is that you wait a little while longer while all of this mayhem is dealt with, and then I'll be able to update more consistently because I get eight weeks of Christmas-summer holidays!

I'm also gonna start going with a portrait layout for the comic, because I find that a landscape layout is more for the joke comics. Yeah, yeah, mine is a joke comic, but the portrait layout works for both. See you next Wednesday!

I'm thinking about a change of decor. I dunno, I just think the nice light grey and blue is a little too... happy.
Believe it or not, it's actually meant to be a somewhat dark comic, I just have a bit of trouble on the colouring point of things...
Anyway, I'll get back to you on that. If I do decide to change the colour plan, you'll know.

Well, my boyfriend and I were supposed to drive out to Toowoomba to pick up his stuff (including the computer) from his friend's dad's house, so I got excited about it and actually SKETCHED UP the next comic page. But lo and behold, it's been delayed! We're HOPEFULLY going to do it this weekend, and if it craps up again, he's going to pay a courier to get his stuff here. That being the case, I'm simply going to put up with my teeny tiny laptop and scan the comic and GET IT FUCKING DONE FOR ONCE!

Anyway, brief hysterics aside, I hope you all enjoy the artwork I did for you.

Already I can see the fan-counter slipping into the negatives. Anyway, next weekend hopefully we can get my beau's desktop up here, because we're planning on taking the train to Sydney. I'm really trying, but it's hard coming up with comics on this pissy little laptop. Sorry, guys.

News � Final things coming into place

Okay, once again I apologise vehemently for always missing comics and constantly being on a shaky hiatus. There is good news, though. My beau has finally moved in, and this weekend we're going down to his previous place to get the rest of his stuff, including a gigantinormous and powerful desktop computer with a gigantinormous screen and his much-bigger-than-mine Wacom Intuos graphics tablet. Not only that, but school holidays start that week, and I get three of them, so hopefully having a giganti(frickin)normous computer, a bigger screen to work on, a bigger tablet to work with and a buttload of free time will help towards me actually UPDATING on time.
We've been constantly working out storylines and what have you, so I already know what's going to happen and how, I just have trouble motivating myself to sit ona n uncomfortable chair for six solid hours, bent over a tiny stupid laptop with an A5 size graphics tablet and somehow fart out another comic.
